The International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA)   will host its Industry-leading training course with the renowned experts in the bunkering industry Nigel Draffin (Author of 12 books on Bunkering), Trevor Harrison (Maritime Arbitrator and Mediator), Charlotte Rojgaard (Global Technical Manager, Bureau Veritas), Patrick Holloway (Partner, WEBBER WENTZEL).

The course will consist of a morning and an afternoon session. The first session will consist of a “refresher” to cover the current market, procedures and regulations, a review of contractual relationships and sales terms and a review of operational issues (measurement, sampling, delivery scheduling etc.).


The second session will examine the planning and implementation for the 2020 regulations, examining bunker claims and a session on fraud and ethics. Both sessions will be supported by practical exercises.
